Just before Christmas myself and the kids were very kindly gifted some delicious treats from Nellie-Jean’s Chocolate Shop. Business owner Lyndsey is a friend of mine and fellow school Mum. I’m so excited about her new local South Oxfordshire business and jumped at the chance to try out some of her goodies!
It’s no secret I’m a massive chocoholic. I’m not much of a drinker or a cake person but chocolate is definitely my guilty pleasure. All of the chocolates from Nellie-Jean’s Chocolate Shop are hand crafted from the finest couverture chocolate and ingredients. They are made in small batches and are devilishly luxurious.
The bar I tried was the Belgian Caramel Milk Chocolate with Caramel Swirls and Cornish Sea Salt. I can honestly say it was absolutely to die for! The bars are 100g so they’re pretty chunky. Honestly though once you’ve tried it you’ll want to eat the whole thing in one go!
The kids each had a Belgian Milk Chocolate Christmas Tree Lollipop topped with festive sprinkles. They look seriously cute and again, were mouth-wateringly delicious!
As well as bars you will also find hot chocolate bombs available too. They are AMAZING! These make such a lovely gift or a fab addition to a hamper. Or just treat yourself after a long hard week of home schooling! Look at how they explode in the video below. It’s literally the most satisfying thing to watch ever haha!
