Sunday 10th March 2024 is Mother’s Day in the UK and a great time to take advantage of Mother’s Day deals for family days out! Many places offer Mum’s Go Free or perhaps a freebie for Mums who visit their venues during Mother’s Day weekend. Some places also allow Grandmothers to enjoy these deals too! Here are a selection of Mother’s Day deals I have found.
Mum’s Go Free
- Cotswold Farm Park – One free Mum ticket (adult or senior) per full paying child or adult. Valid 9th and 10th March only.
- Tumblestone Hollow at Stonor Park – Mums go free on 9th or 10th March (including Stepmums and Grandmas!).

- Oxford Bus Museum – Free cream tea and museum entry on 10th March for any Mums with a child under 16 with them. There will also be free heritage bus rides at 12:15pm and 2:15pm.
Freebies For Mum
- Farmer Gows – Free hot drink and cake for Mums visiting on 8th, 9th or 10th March. Review here.

Mother’s Day Afternoon Teas
- Downside Farm (Blewbury) – Meet the alpacas, pygmy goats, Shetland pony, lambs, chickens, peacocks and more! Followed by an afternoon tea with or without prosecco. Kids picnic lunches also available. 9th and 10th March.
