What’s On In Oxfordshire 28th – 29th September 2019

The weather just can’t make up its mind this week can it?! There’s definitely a feel of Autumn in the air. I’m loving the beautiful golden sunsets. If you’re looking to get out and about this weekend here’s what’s on in Oxfordshire. There’s some lovely Autumn themed events to enjoy. 


  • Wallingford funfair in Wallingford Town centre 
  • Pick your own pumpkin at Millets Farm open 9:30-4:30pm. 
  • Harvest Festival at Chiltern Open Air Museum 10am-5pm. Straw plaiting, straw sculptures, woodwork demonstrations and more. 
  • Mum2Mum nearly new sale at Didcot Civic Hall 10:30-12:30pm. £1 entry for adults, kids free. 
  • Robin Hood Rescues The Forest show at Sutton Courtenay Environmental Education Centre 4-5:30pm. Tickets need to be booked in advance. 


  • Wallingford funfair in Wallingford Town centre
  • Wittenham Clumps orienteering races 10am-1pm.  Suitable for all ages and abilities. Park at the Earth Trust car park. Entry from 10am. £7 solo adults or groups, £3 solo kids.
